This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store stock levels, and adhering to company policies and procedures. A love for retail and animals is essential, and product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service to customers
• Ensure the store is fully stocked and place orders as needed
• Maintain knowledge of administration and IT systems
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Carry and pack stock

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• One year of retail/sales experience (advantageous)
• Verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours
