iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, with over 30 stores offering expert advice, Apple-authorized repairs, and technical support. They are seeking tech-savvy and retail-oriented individuals to join their team as Casual Sales Consultants. In this role, you'll engage customers, provide hands-on demonstrations of Apple technology, and ensure customers have memorable experiences. Flexibility is a key feature of this role, as you’ll work 108 hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities in the iStore
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of Apple products and services
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and support
• Collaborate with the team to drive success in the store

Qualifications

• Minimum: Matric certificate
• Preferred: Sales experience in retail or product knowledge of Apple products
• Passion for Apple products and technology
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
