Description

The IT Technical Support Specialist is a self-motivated individual responsible for maintaining site servers, network equipment, telephony, desktop hardware, and software. The role involves troubleshooting, system upgrades, and providing IT support with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for desktop hardware, peripherals, and software
  • Maintain and troubleshoot site servers, network equipment, and telephony systems
  • Install and support desktop hardware and software
  • Respond to user calls and IT assistance requests
  • Monitor and test backup, recovery, and security systems
  • Troubleshoot and upgrade server and desktop operating systems
  • Leverage knowledge of systems, hardware, and telecommunications to resolve issues
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting desktop hardware, peripherals, and software systems
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11)
