To render a technical support service to achieve a high level of service delivery related to metering processes

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate tasks
• Conduct quality control of all work carried out
• Perform administrative control
• Plan projects
• Liaise with supervisor, colleagues, contractors and the public
• Attend to public queries and complaints

Qualifications

• An appropriate three-year career-related tertiary qualification (national diploma or degree) in Civil Engineering
• Professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa will be an added advantage
• At least three years’ relevant working experience in a local government water environment of which at least one year must be at supervisory level
• A valid Code B driving licence
• Computer literacy
