Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design and development of complex systems, including cloud-based and on-premises solutions. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, data integrity and security protocols, API development, and version control management. You will also mentor junior developers, support cross-functional collaboration, and enhance product functionality while driving innovation within the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain advanced systems, including reporting services, websites, and databases
• Implement robust security measures and ensure data integrity across all platforms
• Design and oversee unit testing frameworks for quality assurance
• Define, document, and maintain APIs for seamless integration
• Provide technical support to clients and assist with software installations
• Mentor junior developers, fostering professional growth and excellence
• Evaluate and approve software changes, ensuring continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 3–5 years of software development experience
• Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in back-end development with Node js, Java, or PHP
• Strong SQL skills, including database design and optimization
• Familiarity with C, C++, C#, or JSON is an advantage
• Experience with software documentation tools and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
