Enaex Africa is a world-class blasting services company delivering premium solutions to the most important mining regions across Africa.The purpose of this job is to engage with customers, monitoring customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to support resolution according to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily implementation and communication with stakeholders
• Tracking unit performance against targets
• Identifying progress and areas of concern
• Drafting and submitting quarterly reports

Qualifications

• Required qualifications: Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
• Preferred qualifications: Tertiary qualification / degree / diploma in customer service, or similar
• Required technical or professional experience:2 years’ within a customer service environment
• Preferred technical or professional experience :2 years’ customer service experience within a mining environment
