As a Sales Operations & Tender Intern you will support the execution of sales activities of Philips biomedical equipment in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales processes, tasks, projects
• Generating quotations in the SOFON quotation tool and uploading all orders into the systems
• Sending out daily rate of exchange information to the commercial team
• Printing and preparing brochures and othe documentation for the team
• Maintaining Philips registration on the Tender databases
• Tender compilation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management
