Description

The candidate will report to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis – EMEA Manufacturing, based in Rolle, Switzerland, and work closely with the Associate Manager, Operations Cost Accounting in Rosslyn, South Africa. They will be responsible for P&L budgeting, plant expense forecasting, and waste elimination. The role will involve strong collaboration with regional teams and SC Johnson's Shared Services Center.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing monthly financial performance of the manufacturing site
• Preparing monthly business commentaries and providing actionable reporting of key performance measures
• Providing accurate P&L forecast projections and highlighting risks and opportunities
• Preparing formalized Capital Investment proposals for capacity expansion
• Identifying and quantifying drivers of costs and benefits

Qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
