Business Development Specialist - Rewards Data Intelligence

WTW Rewards Data Intelligence Practice is a leading provider of compensation, benefits and employment practices information to the global employer community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong sales pipeline, move prospects through sales stages, and win new business
  • Engage with prospective clients to promote and sell Rewards Data Intelligence products and services
  • Identify and pursue new logo sales opportunities for the defined target market
  • Develop relationships with affiliate groups to secure WTW as their preferred survey partner
  • Provide regular updates and market feedback to the Data and Software Sales Leader

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with proven success in new business generation
  • Understanding of compensation management practices across multiple industries is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and positive attitude
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (additional Afrikaans is a plus)
  • Post-Graduate University Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
