Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuations for clients
• Conduct industry and market research to support deal execution and client presentations
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and other marketing materials
• Assist senior bankers in executing mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions
• Analyze financial statements and company performance to assess investment opportunities
• Participate in due diligence processes, ensuring all necessary information is collected and analyzed
• Provide support in negotiating terms and structuring financial deals
