FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Change Manager to work for our client within the finance sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend to a permanent position.As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing critical change initiatives within the organisation. You will be equipped with practical experience in project management, business analysis and change management methodologies and applying this to exciting client projects like organisational restructuring and change impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish people change context and strategies
• Design and implement change management strategies
• Facilitate sponsorship for change and oversee execution
• Conduct gap analysis to evaluate and reduce risks
• Measure and analyse realised change benefits

Qualifications

• Stakeholder management and change management expertise
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Work experience of 2 years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree grade 60% or above in any discipline
• Eligibility to work in South Africa
• English level B2 or higher
