Zibo Containers (Pty) Ltd manufacturing of plastic packaging is offering an exciting opportunity for a suitable Human Resource Intern at our Cape Town Plant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all relevant employment documentation is accurately completed for all hires
• Accurate and up to date record keeping on the HR system
• Drafting of letters of appointment, fixed term contracts, promotion and increase letters
• Monitor employee leave in line with the company policy
• Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
• Facilitate disciplinary process and setting up of disciplinary enquiries
• Facilitate the grievance procedure when necessary
• Conduct Exit interviews
• Induction- Facilitate induction for all new employees
• Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
• Payroll (wages)
• General Administration

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Qualification
• Bachelors's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
