FNZ is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join its Production Support department within the CIO function. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and business-minded professional who can bridge the gap between business, clients, and IT. The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, identifying and resolving data issues, and driving root cause analysis to improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Project Support – Maintain data master lists in compliance with regulatory requirements and perform relational data cleanups Data Issue Management – Analyze, investigate, and assign data-related issues for resolution Change Management – Support testing and release processes for production fixes Ensure production data master lists are aligned and resolve data quality issues
• Monitor and contribute to the root cause register to track and resolve data issues

Qualifications

• Matric (High School Diploma) – Essential SQL & Power BI experience Formal business/technical analysis training Knowledge of ETL/ELT data integration concepts RDBMS architecture understanding Relevant data certifications (DAMA certification is advantageous) Technical degree or diploma in a related field (preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
