Responsibilities

• Our 3-year Management Trainee Programme cultivates authentic leadership through hands-on experience in sugar manufacturing plants
• Trainees take ownership of real business projects while receiving training, mentorship, and structured development
• High drive and initiative are essential
• Successful candidates may need to rotate across sites or provinces and register as a Professional Engineer, requiring flexibility and willingness to relocate

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in BSc Honours in Biochemistry, Bsc Environmental Health / Hons, BApplied Science in Biotechnology, BA Hons in Environmental Management, Bsc Biotechnology, Bsc Consumer Science
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)
• A valid South African driver's (Preferred)
