Responsibilities

• Our Management Trainee Programme cultivates authentic leadership through a 4-5 year structured development journey
• Trainees gain hands-on experience, leading real business projects while receiving training, mentorship, and personalized growth plans

• Successful candidates must be flexible, as the role may require relocation across sites or provinces during rotations

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in BSc Degree Food Science / BSc Honours Food Science
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office , including Excel and Word)
• A valid South African drivers licence (Preferred)
