Description

In this role, you will work with the Communications and Patient Engagement Lead to support communication needs by designing and distributing materials for social media, internal events, and public awareness campaigns, submitting them for approval via the VEEVA PromoMats system. You will also collaborate with the Policy Lead to develop policy analyses and briefing materials and policy events management using platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support in the development and implementation of the communication strategy for the organisation including digital communication campaigns, ensuring targeted communication and internal campaigns
• Support the implementation of the internal and external communication plans across business units
• Optimize and manage all internal communication opportunities including newsletters and electronic media
• Support in the development of policy analysis and briefing documents for internal and external use
• Lead/Support communication initiatives and events inclusive of the various diversity, equity, and inclusion chapters
• Assist the organisation with wide internal communication deployment (CLA and notices)
• Upload and facilitate the approval process for content on Veeva PromoMats
