Description

To provide administrative support services within the Technical Administration component of the Health Infrastructure Directorate. The successful candidates will assist with technical documentation, project tracking, and general administrative duties in support of healthcare facility development and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office and administrative support services within the directorate
  • Provide clerical support for project planning and implementation
  • Assist in updating and maintaining databases, project registers, and filing systems
  • Prepare and process documents such as technical reports, correspondence, and minutes
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project managers, and service providers

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification)
