To provide administrative support in managing loss control processes and monitoring vehicle usage, ensuring proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with relevant procedures and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and log all documentation in a control register
  • Verify if it's a new or existing matter and distribute to the relevant official
  • Follow up on any missing documents or information
  • Issue loss numbers and capture incidents on the FIS system
  • Maintain accurate records in control registers

Qualifications

  • Grade 12(Matric)
  • Driving license
  • No Experience
