To deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain store standards while representing the Cotton On brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries
• Provide styling advice and promote current trends
• Replenish inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Assist with stock takes and markdowns
• Work with team members to achieve daily sales targets

Qualifications

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) preferred
• Experience: Retail experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided)
