We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented intern to join our Portfolio and Credit Risk Management team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in credit risk analysis, portfolio monitoring, and financial modeling within a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of credit risk across the lending/investment portfolio
• Support the development and maintenance of risk models and scoring systems
• Analyze customer, market, and portfolio data to identify risk trends and concentrations
• Prepare regular portfolio performance reports and risk dashboards
• Participate in the credit approval process by reviewing financial statements and risk assessments
• Support stress testing, scenario analysis, and regulatory risk reporting
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of risk management policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic credit risk concepts
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python, R) or data tools (SAS, Power BI) is a plus
