Join a high-impact AI team focused on building innovative AI solutions that enhance voice and digital customer experiences. You'll work on production-ready voice/text bots, AI-driven QA systems, and NLP tools, including language models for under-represented African languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI voice/text bots, generative AI tools, and call audit QA systems
• Build NLP/NLU solutions, especially for low-resource languages
• Leverage LLMs, STT/TTS, and speech analytics to improve customer engagement
• Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
• Contribute to continuous research, experimentation, and innovation

Qualifications

• Honours Degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Master’s Degree preferred
• AI/ML certifications a plus
• Proficient in Python, R, or Java
• Experience with ML/NLP libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face)
• Knowledge of conversational AI, LLMs, TTS/STT APIs
• REST API development, Git, MLOps, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• SQL/NoSQL, data pipelines, and Docker (preferred)
