The Software & Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing procedures to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of software systems. This includes testing across various levels (unit, integration, system), identifying bugs, ensuring compliance, and improving overall product quality. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and involvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and automated scripts
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing aligned with technical/business requirements
• Use appropriate test automation frameworks/tools
• Perform dashboard testing and data validation
• Identify, document, and track bugs/discrepancies
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with QA and SDLC best practices
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Conduct exploratory and regression testing
• Ensure testing addresses security, performance, and compliance risks
• Maintain detailed test documentation (requirements, scripts, defects, etc
• )
• Communicate results, risks, and issues clearly to all stakeholders
• Suggest improvements for process and quality
• Work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and analysts

Qualifications

• experience with QA testing, automation tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
