Description

The learnership will allow individuals to be cross trained making them able to operate on both the sales floor and the service desk, of a retail outlet. Working with customers and stock will be a key focus area. To be successful in this position, you must be committed to learning and completing logbooks; be prepared for assessments and found to be competent as a crossed trained sales consultant.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in theoretical training sessions (classroom-based or online)
• Complete all assignments, projects, and practical tasks
• Be available for and participate in all required work experience
• Comply with the employer's workplace policies and procedures
• Work conscientiously and set aside sufficient time for study and learning
• Prepare for and undergo formal assessments in both the classroom and the workplace

Qualifications

• Grade 10
