Siemens Healthineers is looking for an Intern Customer Support Operator under the Y.E.S. Program. This position is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity intended for currently unemployed individuals from designated groups, in line with the company’s employment equity requirements. Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability for customer requests and inquiries
• Perform technical and administrative support activities for service operations
• Process incoming orders, inquiries, and requests related to products or services
• Manage order processes and client information systems
• Escalate complex issues to qualified Service Technicians or Engineers
• Collaborate with clients and sales teams to clarify orders and resolve issues
• Participate in resolving commercial or technical problems
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for customer solutions
• Assist the Area Service Manager in resource planning

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Customer service experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• High attention to detail and work accuracy
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be a South African citizen
