Responsibilities

• Maintain all branches look and feel
• Liaise regularly with the BM/STL and perform daily and weekly checks within the region
• Undertake generator tests and ensure that fuel levels are always at reasonable levels
• Report any leakage of the water mains and where possible undertake minor repairs
• Ability to work closely with the regions project manager during minor upgrades, revamps and new shop fitouts
• Basic handling skills of power/general tools

Qualifications

• General building upkeep knowledge (Electrical, plumbing, painting, ceilings, generators and air conditioning)
• A valid driver’s license
• Management Experience
