City of Johanesburg is looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in and around the workplace

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising areas
• Ensure that cleaning materials are safely and correctly used and stored
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (Compulsory) Proven experience in a similar cleaning environment will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Good communication skills Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
