Responsibilities

  • Strengthen communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Improve the ability to interpret, process, and analyze information accurately and efficiently
  • Build knowledge of the financial industry's rules, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Learn to resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Foster meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues to support long-term engagement

Qualifications

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be between the ages of 18-30
  • Be able to speak, read, & write English
  • Be computer literate
