Description

The City of Cape Town is seeking two Junior ERP Analysts to support SAP HR modules, focusing on Talent Management and CRM (Integrated Services). The role involves analyzing business requirements, assisting with ERP solutions, and providing user support while gaining expertise in SAP HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, research, interpret and analyse business requirements, and recommend solutions within an ERP module
  • Research, interpret, consider, recommend and deliver solutions for business and functional requirements within an ERP module at a basic level
  • Implement projects or portions of projects by conducting basic project management tasks
  • Maintain and develop skills in project objectives, professional skills and understand ERP modules and system capabilities
  • Assist with and participate in obtaining business requirements, data collation and prepare progress reports to ensure ongoing commitment to managing stakeholder relationships
  • Assist with supporting users with system queries

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Relevant 3 Year Tertiary Qualification
  • Minimum 0
  • 5-1 years’ relevant experience within an IT environment
