The role involves gathering requirements from various stakeholders, analyzing them, documenting them using tools like use cases, user stories, and business process models, proposing changes to existing processes and technology, designing business processes, supporting existing processes and technology, setting up test cases, testing new functionality, user training, system analysis, project management, designing and creating data models, and creating data products to improve business processes and decision-making. The job requires a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, and Computer Science, a 65% average average, and a 65% average average. The job is market-related, 9-12 months long, and requires excellent communication, time management, presentation skills, and teamwork. The closing date is January 6, 2024. Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from various business stakeholders
• Analyze requirements to understand their scope, priorities, and dependencies
• Document requirements clearly and concisely using tools like use cases, user stories, and business process models
• Propose changes to existing business process and technology as per business requirements
• Business Process design, functional and technical specifications for enhancements and new developments
• Support of existing business processes and technology
• Setup of test cases / scenarios
• Testing of changes and new functionality
• User training and support
• System analysis and documentation
• Project Management
• Design and create data models
• Create and maintain the data dictionary/glossary
• Design and create data products to help improve business processes and decision making
