Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): As a Junior Business Process Analyst, your task will be to document and tweak business processes to make sure everything runs like clockwork. Think of yourself as a process detective — solving issues, improving workflows, and making sure clients get top-notch service. You’ll also help manage reports, make sure invoices are on point, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and implement new or modified business processes to achieve business benefits
• Analyze business processes to identify alternative solutions and recommend new approaches
• Investigate issues and propose options for improvement
• Ensure high-quality design and requirements documentation
• Oversee the collation and production of reports in accordance with SLA requirements
• Ensure accuracy and timely production of reports
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for Operations meetings

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent (Essesntial)
• B-Degree in IT or related qualification (Advantageous)
