Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and professional development
• Gain practical exposure in relevant engineering or business functions
• Contribute to projects in heavy mineral sands extraction and refining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Honours in one of the listed disciplines
• Graduation in 2024, 2025, or by March 2026
• South African citizenship
• No prior work experience required
• Must not have participated in a graduate programme before
