Description

The EPWP: Office Admin Support programme provides participants with practical experience in administrative and office management tasks within government departments. As an Office Admin Support participant, you will assist with clerical duties, document management, record keeping, and general office support. This initiative aims to create temporary work opportunities while equipping participants with valuable administrative skills relevant to government and organizational operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining records
  • Support day-to-day office operations including correspondence and scheduling
  • Update databases and perform data entry tasks accurately

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate (or equivalent)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
