Description

The End User Support Administrator role in Durban provides technical support for IT hardware and software issues, resolving user queries and escalating faults where necessary. The position ensures minimal disruption to services through remote problem-solving, quality checks, and change control management. It requires a Diploma in ICT (NQF Level 6), a valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with preference for 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Administers all user queries and fault escalations calls
  • Diagnoses and solves problems remotely and ensure that service delivery is not hampered
  • by the delays in resolving queries
  • Provides Information Technology hardware and software support
  • Produces and distributes statistical data
  • Maintains change control and schedule all implementations and ensure that adequate support and time is available

Qualifications

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license
  • 2 Years relevant experience
