Description

The Willowton Group is inviting students to apply for the bursary programme, for the 2026 academic year. Bursaries will be awarded to students who are in financial need and are unable to pay for their tertiary studies. The bursary will cover ALL fields of study.

Responsibilities

• Applications screened by the Bursary Committee
• Shortlisted candidates invited for an interview (details via email)
• Failure to attend the interview or submit required documents disqualification
• Feedback given through the relevant regional office
• Selected candidates receive a Confirmation of Pledge letter
• Payments made directly to the institution

Qualifications

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must reside in the province where you are applying
• Must fall into one of these categories:
• Currently in Matric (Grade 12)
• Currently at a tertiary institution, self/family sponsored
• Currently at a tertiary institution, previously sponsored by Willowton/SANZAF
• Must demonstrate proven financial need
• Must have applied for NSFAS before applying
• Must be studying or intend to study at a University, University of Technology, or TVET College in South Africa Minimum 65% per subject/module
