TIH, home to some of South Africa’s leading financial service providers, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg. The role involves investigating and analysing business ideas, needs, and problems, while documenting processes and developing models to support efficiencies. The Junior Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to identify requirements, assess needs, and support both operational and strategic business initiatives. This position provides an opportunity to build a career in financial services within an organisation that values purpose and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions
• Maintain fulfilment relationships and translate discussions between business and fulfilment areas with guidance

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
• Business Analysis qualification (Essential)
