Transpharm is offering a permanent opportunity for a detail-oriented Data Capturer to join their team in Centurion. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient capture, input, and management of data into the company's systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying data integrity, maintaining records, and generating basic reports, playing a crucial support role in the organization's operational and reporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and input data from source documents into computer systems
• Perform routine data integrity checks and correct any errors
• Maintain and update electronic and physical records to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Grade 12)
• A certificate or diploma in data management, office administration, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience with data entry software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
