Rola Ford Hermanus is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill a permanent dual role as a Receptionist and Administrator. This position is the face of the dealership, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing all incoming calls, and greeting visitors. The role also involves providing crucial administrative assistance to the Aftersales department, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and managing office supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
