Description

The Human Resources internship provides graduates with exposure to HR practices and processes such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Interns will develop core HR skills while supporting organisational people management functions. This internship forms part of the NYDA’s broader graduate programme designed to equip youth with essential workplace skills and meaningful work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Supporting HR administrative tasks (contracts, personnel records, etc

  • Contributing to employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Assisting with training and development programmes
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour legislation

Qualifications

  • Qualification: National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Age: 18–35 years
  • Must be an unemployed graduate
  • South African citizen
