Description

The Junior CSE Software Trainee will support the Customer Service team in delivering technical services to healthcare clients. Under supervision, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support of medical equipment and software systems. This role is designed to equip you with the practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional experience required to grow into a future Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of customer equipment and systems
• Provide remote and onsite customer support, including 2nd and 3rd level user support
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories
• Contribute to estimation, planning, and technical task reviews for projects
• Participate in the technical design and development of service offerings
• Support subcontractor management and monitor delivery standards
• Ensure optimal performance and efficiency in all service-related activities

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Clinical Engineering
