Description

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), a member of the dtic, is dedicated to developing youth employability through its Graduate Internship Programme. This initiative provides unemployed graduates with 24 months of structured workplace experience, bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application. Interns will join the Call Centre team, where they will gain hands-on experience in handling customer queries, problem resolution, and client engagement

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Assist clients with enquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Accurately capture and update client information on relevant systems
  • Escalate unresolved queries to senior staff for further support
  • Follow call scripts and adhere to call centre procedures and quality standards
  • Contribute to maintaining excellent client service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Call Centre
