Responsibilities

• Graduates will complete a structured onboarding programme with accredited learning modules
• They will develop key workplace skills such as problem-solving, analytical thinking, resilience, and digital fluency
• The programme provides hands-on experience in specialised short-term insurance areas and leadership exposure
• Mentorship and coaching from subject matter experts will support professional growth and career readiness

Qualifications

• Aged 22–30 years with no more than 1 year of work experience
• Hold a degree in Finance, Commerce, Risk, Computer/Data Science, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, Engineering, or Law
• Postgraduate qualifications (Honours) are an advantage
• Ambitious and motivated to gain professional and leadership experience in the insurance industry
