CambriLearn is seeking a Web Development & Automation Specialist to lead the technical execution of its marketing and sales systems. This hands-on role involves coding, building, and optimizing websites, landing pages, and integrations that support customer journeys and business growth. The specialist will manage the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless API connections, automation workflows, and accurate data reporting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role demands a developer mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for scalable, clean code. Responsibilities

• Build and optimize landing pages and microsites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Extend and customize Webflow sites beyond standard templates
• Debug front-end code issues across browsers and devices
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and performance standards
• Implement tracking codes, tags, and scripts for marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain API and webhook integrations across platforms
• Configure and optimize automation workflows using tools like Zapier and Make
• Maintain CRM data integrity and lead flow processes
• Write and maintain scripts in JavaScript, SQL, or Python to automate tasks

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in web development or marketing technology roles
• Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience building and customizing sites in Webflow or similar CMS platforms
• Proven experience with API integrations and automation tools like Zapier or Make
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp
• Strong skills in analytics and reporting tools including GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and PowerBI
• Bonus experience with SQL, Python, or backend scripting for advanced automation
