The Business Analyst (Intermediate) will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions within Discovery Health Systems (DHS), a world-class software development house driving digital transformation in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand problems and define Customer Requirements Specifications (CRS)
• Document problem context, customer journeys, business terms, domain models, processes, business rules, and use cases
• Maintain requirements traceability matrix and peer review records
• Prepare project documentation (plans, monitoring/control reports, release notes, training material)
• Contribute to business cases and provide input on solution impacts
• Perform project management activities such as task estimation, tracking, and reporting across multiple projects

Qualifications

• Minimum IT degree – BCom or BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong consulting experience
• Familiarity with BABOK, ITIL, CMMI, PCMM frameworks
• Technical knowledge of UML, XML, SQL
