Description

The Technical Test Analyst will join the CTS Tech and Data teams, supporting operational Python scripts for Hogan IDS and facilitating data flows to the Big Data Platform. The role combines technical expertise, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and system ownership to ensure maximum business value from CTS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for CTS operations
• Support data extracts on Sybase and Raw for troubleshooting or operational exercises
• Mentor the Tech team and Business/Data Analysts
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mainframe operations
• Minimum 3 years in a technical Hogan role
• Development experience in Cobol and Python
• Understanding of Macros, PCDs, and batch processing
• Strong technical understanding of data flows to Big Data Platforms
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data governance and IDS is a plus
