The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Specialist at WeBuyCars manages the full finance and insurance process, ensuring compliance and maximizing sales. You’ll build relationships with customers, banks, and partners, while promoting products and driving targets. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a focus on customer service in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full F&I process, ensuring compliance and maximizing sales
• Build strong relationships with customers, staff, banks, and partners
• Ensure strict adherence to FICA, FAIS, NCA, and POPI
• Promote products, manage leads, monitor performance, and drive targets
• Stay current with qualifications, training, and coaching

Qualifications

• Matric with strong Math (NCA course an advantage)
• Passion for finance & automotive industry; sales experience an advantage
• NCA Accreditation
• RE5, DOFA registration, and 120 NCETA credits
• Banking/insurance F&I experience (floor or supervised)
