The BDO YES Internship Programme in Digital Advisory, based in Johannesburg (Illovo), offers a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for tech-savvy graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation and advisory services. Interns will work on real-world projects involving ERP systems, CRM platforms, IT governance, and data analytics, while collaborating with dynamic teams and experienced mentors. This internship is designed to help candidates transition from academic study to professional practice, building technical and soft skills in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support digital advisory projects through data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Utilize Power BI and advanced Excel functions such as PivotTables, charts, and formulas
• Assist with documentation and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Draft and manage professional email communication
• Provide administrative support including data entry and information organization
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to group initiatives
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
• Work independently while managing time and tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• Completed degree in BSc Computer Science
• Completed degree in BSc Information Technology
• Completed degree in BSc Information Management
• Completed degree in BSc Software Development
• Interest in ERP systems, Software Development, Digital Development, CRM, IT Governance or Data Analytics
