Famous Brands is seeking a Legal Compliance Advisor to play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, managing, monitoring, and reporting compliance risks across the business. The successful candidate will support the Head of Legal, various Business Units (BUs), and the Social & Ethics (S&E) Working Group by ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall statutory and legal compliance across all business areas
• Implement the Legal and Regulatory Compliance Framework and ensure it is effectively applied across the business
• Develop and execute compliance monitoring plans, including regular compliance assessments
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and developments, proactively advising relevant stakeholders to ensure organisational readiness
• Identify and manage compliance risks, advising management on mitigation steps and monitoring implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
