Tiger Brands is seeking an Assistant Operator for a remote, on-site position in Roodekop. The role involves pre-start-up inspections, continuous monitoring, and maintaining cleanliness, speed, and safety devices. Responsibilities

• Perform pre-start up inspection of the machine
• Continuous monitor and operate the machine
• Ensure that the machine is always clean
• Ensure machine is set at correct speed
• Ensure that machine downtimes are recorded
• Immediately write a job card and report breakdowns to relevant maintenance personnel

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science often preferred
