Ford Motor Company is hiring a Sales and Reporting Analyst in Pretoria, Gauteng (on-site) to manage and report on sales and product data, support dealer and customer queries, and contribute to pricing, product updates, and strategic insights. The role requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong communication, and 3+ years of experience in sales and analytical reporting—preferably with an insurance background. Responsibilities include portal support, invoice and PO management, pricing updates, claims analysis, and content review for marketing platforms. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting dealers in product queries and training if required
• Supporting dealers in portal queries
• Following on incorrect policies sold to F&I’s
• Cancellation of policy letters to customers on Ford Protect Products
• PO Creation on Ariba
• Approving Invoices from suppliers
• New Supplier onboarding process
• Product Costing

Qualifications

• 3 Year Diploma / bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 years Sales and Analytical Reporting Experience
• Insurance Background (Advantage)
