Description

To deliver the Customer Charter and achieve high customer satisfaction by providing service delivery in line with customers’ expectations and assisting with all relevant functions within the parts warehouse, including receiving, outbound dispatch, stock control, and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inbound processing of goods
• Picking, packing, and dispatching outbound orders
• Processing and checking credit notes

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Diploma in Warehouse management or a minimum of three years warehousing experience
• Key competencies include self-motivation, good communication, customer orientation, teamwork, stock control, and time management
